Description: Our Client is a well established Events Company with over 25 years experience and are based in London. They are looking for a Permanent Head Chef who is very well organised, adaptable and able to think on their feet, be able to communicate with Clients on a regular basis and be flexible with your hours. This Events Company are well know for specialising in KOSHER food, therefore you must have previous experience in this field. You must also have previous top London Restaurant experience. The event could be from 2 to over 1,000 covers, so you will be required to organise staff accordingly. Each menu is tailor designed to suit the occasion and client. An excellent salary is offered and you will ofcourse need to be already based in London.
Salary: 40k neg

Description: This ia an opportunity to join a growing Company that owns only accoladed 4 Star Hotels. A Permanent Executive Chef is required for one of their Hotels on the Channel Islands. This is a multi food operation that is open all year round, that offers leisure facilities and is ideal for Island Weddings. The location of the Hotel is one of the best on the Island, therefore this is a very busy and popular destination Hotel. They have a Fine Dining Restaurant that holds 2 AA Rosettes, a Spa Brasserie and C&B. You will be required to oversee the whole of the food concept, run a large brigade of up to 25 chefs, have good managerial skills and be a hands on Chef. An excellent salary is offered with benefits and assistance can be given with accommodation due to the location, but this is a live out position.
