Description: Part of a small group of exclusive Hotels, located in the South East of the Country. The Hotel has two Restaurants, one of which holds Rosette status. They also have a very busy Conference and Banqueting operation, with over 70 weddings booked for 2010. The Owners are looking to recruit a Executive Head Chef to commence work in January 2010, but will be interviewing shortly. You must have previous experience in 2/3 AA Rosette environment and already be of Head Chef status.
Salary: up to 45k plus bonus

Description: Part of a growing Nationwide Group, this 4 Star Country House Hotel with 2 AA Rosettes is located in a stunning area of Cornwall. They are seeking a Head Chef from minimum 2 AA Rosette background. The Hotel offers Fine Dining and Private Dining with an empasis on families. You will need to have previous 2 AA Rosette experience.
Salary: up to 34k neg

They offer bespoke venue finding, event management and catering services. This Company has over 30 years experience. You will be required to either come from an Event background or 4/5 Star Hotel experience. An excellent salary package is offered and you need to be located in or just outside of London.
Salary: up to 50k package

Description: A Head Chef or a Management Couple is required for a poplular Gastro Pub in South Yorkshire. It currently takes 1 million pounds but they are aiming to increase this revenue. The Company have several successful properties in and around the area and use fresh and local produce. Accommodation is provided on site.
