Title: Executive Head Chef

Area: North West

Description: This Privately run luxury multi award winning Hotel has recently had extensive refurbishment both to the Restaruant and Kitchen. They are now looking for a hands on Executive Chef that is capable of maintaining a 2 AA Rosette standard for their Brasserie style Restaurant. They also cater for extensive Conference and Banqueting facilities. You must already be an exsiting Head/Exec Chef in a 4/5 Star environment to be considered, with good management skills and enjoy being located or relocating to the North West of the Country.

Salary: 40k/ 45k

Title: Private Chef

Area:Gloucestershire

Description: Our Clients are looking for a Private Chef to run their household for them. This will include cooking for staff, guests and family when required. A family house is offered with this position and excellent salary package. You will be required to have Michelin Starred experience at a senior level. Located in a much sought after area of the UK this gives you a chance to continue working with good quality produce at a high level.

Please Note only Michelin Star background will be considered.

Title: Head Chef

Area: Devon/Dorset Borders

Description: To work closely with the Owners in this Small Country House Hotel on the Devon/Dorset borders. To cater from Tuesday to Saturday Dinner service for their 22 cover Restaurant, with the occassional breakfast shift as and when required. You will have total control over the menu concept and buying of locally sourced food. This is a single handed position with assistance from one of the Owners and a KP. There is no accommodation therefore you need to be located in the area or be prepared to relocate.

Salary: 20k plus bonus

Title: - Straight Shifts

Area: Surrey

Description: A chef is required who is health conscious and keen to work with organic produce within this 5 Star luxury Hotel. You will be running a small brigade for their 50 cover Spa Restaurant and must liaise with the Executive Chef with regards to menu planning. Straights shifts are offered as the Restaurant closes at 7pm, producing light lunches, salad bar and early suppers.Our Client will consider a Sous Chef looking for their first Head Chef position but previous work within a Rosetted background will be an advantage due to the high standards required.

Salary: up to 26k plus benefits

Description: The Proprietor of this Gastro Pub is very passionate about food and so the standard is of Rosette level. He is seeking a Head Chef to lead a small brigade in this 70 cover Restaurant. You will be required to have previous 1/2 AA Rosette experience either at Sous Chef or Head Chef level. There is no accommodation available, therefore you must be located in the area or be prepared to relocate.

Salary: up to 25k
