Description: A Private Chef is required for a 270 foot Yacht that is based in the South of France. This is to work for a Lord and Lady and their family and guests. You will be required to work as and when needed, there will not be set days. The Yacht usually remains in the Mediterranean and your duties will be to cook to high standards for the family and crew (up to 18). Accommodation is provided and an excellent negotiable salary offered. The owners of this Yacht are great "foodies" and will expect Rosetted/Michelin standards using organic produce. This position is available in the New Year but interviews are taking place now in the UK. You will be required to have previous Yacht experience and be at a Head Chef level.

Description: Our Client is looking for a new Permanent Head Chef to work closely with him to build up the business and to be involved in the forthcoming improvements. This is a venue that offers Weddings, Events such as team building etc, Banqueting for up to 200 covers and a Bistro/Cafe. They offer a great deal to the local community and are part of a Charity Trust. This position will require a hands on Head Chef to run a small brigade for the Bistro/Cafe, which is open 7 days a week, offering wholesome homemade food from locally sourced suppliers. Functions are then pre-booked and you must then be capable of organising these, dealing with set costs, menus set to business needs, wages and all COSHH and Hygiene regulations that are required. You will be required to work a 5 day week and contracted to work up to 48 hours. Temporary accommodation can be provided if required

Description: This Gastro Pub with letting rooms located in the wonderful countryside of Hertfordshire, but is very accessibe to major Cities, requires a Permanent Head Chef. The Owner has built up a good reputation in the area for using fresh locally sourced food and would like to employ a Chef that would like to assist him in gaining a name for the Pub and themself. They can do up to 60 covers, with a daily changing menu. You will be required to work closely with the Owner and he would consider a couple, as accommodation for such could be offered (salary for this joint position will be discussed at interview stage). An established Head Chef is required with previous Gastro Pub experience. An excellent salary is offered with accommodation available.

The Rosetted Restaurant is Brasserie style and can seat up to 50 covers. The Hotel can be booked for Weddings and offers exculsive use. There is an opportunity for a Sous Chef looking for their first Head Chef position, or an established Head Chef to now assist the Proprietor in running the Restaurant with a small brigade. They are already listed as holding 1 AA Rosette, but would now like to employ a Head Chef to obtain them their second Rosette. Therefore you must already have held 2 AA Rosettes at Head Chef level. The Hotel has a 40 cover Fine Dining Restaurant and Private dining for up to 100 covers. The Hotel does offer exclusive Weddings, therefore you need to be able to run a Restaurant as well as organise functions.
