The Hotel is not rated but is of 2/3 AA Rosette standard, offering Fine Dining/Brasserie Restaurant, Conference Suite and Bar area. They also have a Spa and Leisure facility. You must be of Rosette standard and experience in all sections accept Pastry.

Description: Privately owned multi food operation, with extensive banqueting facilities are looking for a Junior Sous Chef who must be competent in all sections of the kitchen to Rosette level. The Hotel is located in its own grounds and holds 2 AA Rosettes for its Fine Dining Restaurant and several Banqueting Suites. The Hotel has its own Golf course and Leisure facilities. You must have previous Rosette experience, cope with large numbers and a Senior Chef de Partie would be considered.

Description:This Privately owned 4 Star Hotel with 100 bedrooms plus, requires a Chef de Partie and a Junior Sous Chef, to work in the main kitchen which caters for a Fine Dining Restaurant and Banqueting for up to 400 covers. The Hotel does hold 2 AA Rosettes, therefore you must have some previous Rosetted experience as a junior chef. This is a very popular and cosmopolitan Island to be part of.
Salary: 18k/20k with low tax - Accommodation provided if required
