The Head Chef is from Rosetted background, therefore the food is of 2 AA Rosette standard. Offering some straight shifts and accommodation with no deductions made. The main previous experience required from you is to be willing or able to cover any section.
Salary: 18k - with free Accommodation no deductions

Description: Part of an exclusive Hotel Group, this Red Starred luxurious Country House Hotel has just appointed a new Head Chef from Michelin background. He is rebuilding a team and requires a Chef de Partie to cover all sections for this 3 AA Rosetted establishment. This is a busy quality operation.

This Restaurant also requires Bar Staff and Waiting Staff and will take a couple.
