Description: Part of an International Hotel Group, this Red Starred property requires a Permanent Pastry Chef. The Hotel located within it's own grounds in Dorset has a Fine Dining Restaurant which holds 3 AA Rosettes with no banqueting although the Hotel does offer exclusive use. You will be required to have previous pastry experience to 2/3 AA Rosettes and be able to lead a small brigade. An excellent salary is offered and accommodation can be provided.
