Title: Permanent Sous Chef/Head Chef
Area: Oxfordshire/Berkshire Borders
Description: Our Client is looking to recruit a Permanent Sous Chef looking for their first Head Chef position in his 80-100 cover Restaurant. You will be working closely with the Chef/Owner cooking to 2/3 AA Rosette level. The Restaurant is located in Oxfordshire but accessible to the Berkshire borders. There is no accommodation provided therefore you must already be located in that area or willing to relocate. You must already be an established Sous or Head Chef from a Rosetted background not necessarily from a Hotel background, but able to cope with a busy environment coping with large covers on a daily basis. An excellent salary is offered and the position is available for an immediate start.
Salary: 30k -35k - no Accommodation provided
