Description: Fine Dining Restaurant based in the South West is run by Chef Proprietors and they are looking to employ a Junior Sous/Sous Chef. They hold 2 AA Rosettes for their 50 cover plus Restaurant. This is a 5 day week with set days off. You need to have previous Rosetted experience, either as Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef level. There is no accommodation available so you need to be located in the South West or willing to relocate. Accommodation is not expensive in this City.
Salary: up to 20k plus tips
